Reduced rate for first three walks
The reduced rate of 50% off your first three walks is only applicable to clients classed as regular. Therefore you are required to book and complete a minimum of four walks in a one month period. Clients not falling within the ‘regular clients’ status will have to pay full price for their walks and not be eligible for the 50% reduced walk rate.
For cancellations of up to 3 days within a 7 day period, a minimum of 72 hours notice will need to be given. If notice is not given prior to the 72 hour notice period, booked services will be charged at the full rate.
For cancellations of 4+ days within a 7 day period, a minimum of 14 days notice will need to be given. If the notice is not given, booked services will be charged at the full rate.
All invoices are to be paid by the date stated within the invoice. Late (after the stated date) payments will be charged an admin fee of £3.50 plus an additional 50p per subsequent day. These fees will be charged per invoice and additional charges will be included within the next month’s invoice.
In many circumstances, we are able to offer our services on certain bank holidays. These dates must be specifically requested and confirmed in advance and a bank holiday rate of an additional 100% will be applied.
All services must be paid for in full by the specified date and amount stated in the invoice using the details provided in both the contract and invoice. Pawfolk Dog Walking also reserve the right to increase service rates at any time with reasonable notice.
